This smoothie is an all time favorite to get you going in the morning or after a workout.

Frozen banana (peel before freezing)
Vegan protein powder or scoop of almond or peanut butter
Unsweetened flax milk or milk of your choice
Identity CBD Superfood Creamer
In a personal sized blender combine ingredients. Adjust amount of milk versus protein to your desired preference. Start with 10mg of Identity CBD Superfood Creamer and increase for desired results.
Blend and enjoy!
