I had my first real drinking chocolate in San Francisco at Dandelion Chocolate with cacao connoisseur, Sarah Weisfeld. Drinking chocolate is an artisanal heart-opening practice, not to be compared with the processed hot chocolate packets we all grew up with. Cacao's high level of theobromine is believed to boost mood and some even say, libido. Combined with CBD, this recipe is an easy at-home adaptation made with items more commonly found in the kitchen. Before drinking with someone special, turn the lights down and light a candle. While each of you hold the sipping chocolate in your hands, set a good intention, share something you are grateful for, then take the first sip together. Enjoy this heart-opening experience!
