Happy Honey Vinaigrette with Identity CBD Creamer
This recipe is adapted from a simple homemade vinaigrette recipe I learned while living on an organic farm in Taos, New Mexico. We served it with freshly picked lettuce from the garden, however you can also use some organic mixed greens from your local market. Taste the dressing as you blend it together and adjust any ingredients to fit your taste preference. This is an easy recipe to make fresh any day of the week with items commonly found in the kitchen. The extra boost of CBD and superfood nutrients in this unique recipe balances out the anxiety and stress from the day. Make your honey happy with this delicious dressing made from scratch.
2 packets Identity CBD creamer in honey flavor
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dark maple syrup
1/2 squeezed lemon (remove seeds)
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Pinch cayenne (optional)
Whisk ingredients together until blended thoroughly.
Whisk before serving, ingredients will separate. Serve with fresh salad greens. Store the remainder in the fridge.
Enjoy. Don’t forget to laugh!
