I just have to say this sauce is amazing. The bone broth packet serves as a flavor packet, bringing extra flavor dimensions to this super easy protein-rich sauce. Serve this cheesy white sauce with fresh pasta, gnocchi or farmer’s market vegetables. I used fresh gluten-free linguine. Fresh pasta can be found in the refrigerated section in your market and cooks in less time than dried pasta. Impress your special someone with this cozy comfort food!

1 packet Identity bone broth in chanterelle mushroom flavor
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add cream and milk, bring to a simmer. Whisk in bone broth and mozzarella continuously until smooth while simmering. Stir in parsley and pepper.
Prepare fresh pasta or gnocchi to accompany the sauce. Mix cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet on medium-low heat until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Enjoy. Get cozy!
